Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the party who posted it.

Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address, including your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or remove access for users who are repeat infringers.
